Objective
Design an engaging iPad interaction for Meta to boost sign-ups for the ergonomics program through a fun, game-like experience. Integrate instant rewards, like stickers to keep employees motivated and excited.
Approach
Designed an iPad interaction that highlights key ergonomic work habits, guiding employees to set personal resolutions for better workspace practices. Paired this with fun stickers as reminders of their ergonomic goals, making the experience engaging and memorable.
This project was a collaboration with Saili Sawant, with both of us working as design consultants for Synergo Consulting. This event took place at Meta's Singapore office
