Objective
Rentlife specializes in leasing and marketing new construction and underperforming luxury apartment buildings in Chicago, Washington DC, and Milwaukee. The task was to create a 12-page brochure showcasing Rentlife's relationships, values, and data-centric approach.
Approach
Since this particular brochure is for the Chicago area, stunning images of the Chicago cityscape are used throughout. The design is dynamic and simple, with horizontal headers for each section to create contrast and hierarchy for the information provided. To add movement to the design, a pattern inspired by the logo is subtly incorporated throughout the brochure.
